PPE
Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment when working in High Risk. Aceline follows the EN (European Standard) guidelines for equipment standardisation. All activities require PTW (Permit to Work) and minimum mandatory PPE before starting. Medical Certificate & FARM is mandatory.

Driving I
Always wear seatbelt. Check for drivers license issued by responsible authority for type of vehicle. Check if driver is wearing seatbelt, and visually fit to drive. Ask general questions to assess the mental fitness of the driver.
DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. DO NOT DRIVE UNDER PRESCRIBED MEDICATION. DO NOT DRIVE IF PREGNANT. DO NOT DRIVE UNDER INFLUENCE OF BANNED SUBSTANCES. DO NOT DRIVE OVER SPEED LIMITS.

Driving II
Do not use personal electronic devices while driving. Put personal electronic devices in airplane mode or vibrate mode. Do not use mobile phones, or consume visual entertainment of any kind.

Drugs, Alcohol & Medication
Do not operate heavy machinery, climb tower or drive a vehicle under the influence of Drugs, Alcohol and Medication (Schedule H and above).
Do not smoke while working or operating machinery.

Permit to Work
Work only with a valid PTW (Permit to Work) Issued by Aceline, and or the end customer. PTW is issued to FARM/HSTAC certified individuals, and or personnel with domain necessary training. Personnel need to be medically fit, knowledgeable on equipment technology. You must carry your Enhanced ID, Farm ID, and other essential documents for verification before PTW. Verify for Isolation when required before working.

Gas Test & LOTO
Conduct gas leak test before starting work. Ensure LOTO (Lock-Out Tag-Out) so dangerous/live equipment is properly shut off without easy access.

Obtain Authorisation
Obtain authorisation before overriding/shutting safety critical equipment. Obtain authorisation before entering confined spaces.

Falling Objects
Do not walk under/stand under suspended loads. Do not stand under a red zone of falling objects, do not stand in a zone prone to falling objects - follow lift plan. Prevent dropping equipment when working at height.

Right to Refuse
All Aceline employees, contractors and suppliers must recognise their right to refuse work. You must refuse to work if you feel sick, are In pain, and or any apparent risk can not be mitigated. Do not work under sever weather conditions and after sunset.

Our policy is to identify potential hazards and to take preventive actions to mitigate these hazards. Our goal is to prevent Serious Safety Incidents in our business in the long run by taking proactive action to manage risk at the workplace of our sub-contractor personnel and supplying our sub-contractors with the insurance coverages necessary to make our business affordable to the lowest level workforce.
